What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Service Agent, your daily responsibilities will include:

✅ Providing excellent customer service – Answering questions and helping customers with their needs.
✅ Handling customer queries and complaints – Ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
✅ Managing customer calls and requests – Communicating clearly and efficiently to assist customers.
✅ Staying informed on products & policies – Keeping up with the latest brands, promotions, and procedures.
✅ Working with a team – Helping teammates with knowledge sharing or assisting with language barriers.
✅ Ensuring customer satisfaction – Following up on complaints and ensuring customers are happy with the service.
✅ Taking initiative – Suggesting improvements to customer service processes to enhance customer experience.

⚠️ Shift Work Required: This is a 45-hour work week, scheduled from Monday to Sunday (including public holidays).

Do You Qualify?

To apply for this role, you must have:

✔️ Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Essential)
✔️ 5+ years of experience in a Customer Service role (Essential)
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & SharePoint Online
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

🎓 Bonus Qualifications:

A Degree/Diploma in Communications or a related field.
Retail or contact center experience is a plus!
