🔍 What Will You Do? (Job Responsibilities)

As a Shop Assistant Cashier, you will:

Process customer purchases quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
Handle cash, credit card payments, and Clicks Clubcard rewards safely and correctly.
Promote the Clicks Clubcard by encouraging new sign-ups and explaining the benefits.
Inform customers about special promotions to boost sales.
Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and helpful.
Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with the right products.
Stay updated on new products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.

🧠 What You Need to Know (Required Knowledge)

To be successful in this role, you should:

✔ Have basic maths skills for handling cash and transactions.
✔ Understand how retail and promotions work.
✔ Know how stock management in stores operates.
✔ Be familiar with great customer service practices.

🎯 Must-Have Skills

To do well in this job, you should have:

✔ Good communication skills – You’ll be talking to customers all day!
