📝 Job Description

This internship is a structured program designed to help you rotate within a department, providing all the necessary support to acquire practical workplace experience in your field of study. You will get hands-on training and develop your skills in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being visible, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.

Customer Loyalty: Promote makeovers and skin consultations within the store to increase customer loyalty.

Sales Goals: Achieve Body Shop sales goals by engaging with customers and providing personalized service.

Stock Management: Follow stock management processes to improve stock availability.

Store Standards: Maintain high store standards through daily housekeeping and merchandising.

Shrinkage Prevention: Be accurate, honest, and vigilant to prevent shrinkage and loss.

Training and Coaching: Assist with in-store training and coaching related to makeup and skincare, sharing information on techniques, trends, and diagnostic tools.

📚 Education and Experience

• Essential: Matric/Grade 12
• Essential: N6 in Make-up and/or Skincare (Beauty)/Cosmetology/Business Management/Marketing Management
• Essential: Unemployed TVET Graduates requiring 18 months in-service training
• Desirable: Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
