📝 Job Summary

Spur Corporation is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Training Department as a Training Admin and Support.

This role involves supporting the training coordinator and assisting with minor administrative functions. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to growing great brands and providing exceptional service.

📚 Key Responsibilities

• Hospitality Support: Set up tea and coffee stations before training sessions, ensuring everything is clean and well-stocked.
• Crockery Management: Clean and pack away training crockery after each session, readying it for the next use.
• Stock Management: Ensure stock is accounted for and place orders for replenishment as needed.
• Lunch Setup: Arrange attendee lunches, grouping them according to choices or dietary requirements.
• Administrative Tasks: Fulfil basic administrative duties such as booklet and certificate printing and binding.
• Logistics: Arrange logistics to ensure materials are delivered to the correct location.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Matric (Grade 12)
• Computer Skills: Familiarity with Windows Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Career Aspirations: A clear plan for furthering studies at a tertiary institution
