What You Will Do in This Role

Sales Duties

  • Put Customers First

  • Manage Inventory
    Keep track of consumables and stock levels to avoid shortages and reduce waste.
  • Handle Returns Efficiently
    Process product returns quickly and accurately to keep customers happy and ensure proper stock management.

General Administration Duties

  • Assist with Financial Operations
    Manage purchase order requests and fix any related issues to keep operations flowing smoothly.
  • Track Payments
    Capture cash and EFT payments from the sales team to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Improve Communication
    Organize meeting spaces and share meeting notes within 24 hours to keep teams updated and aligned.
  • Monitor Office Supplies
    Keep an eye on supply usage to control costs and ensure teams always have the tools they need.
  • Update Company Information
    Maintain notice boards with the latest policies, safety notices, and HR updates to keep everyone informed.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

To qualify for this learnership, you will need the following:

  • Education: A Matric certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification is required.
