What You’ll Do

As a P45 Sales Assistant at Dunns, your main role will be to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized and providing an outstanding shopping experience. Your duties will include:

Sales and Customer Service: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through superior customer service.
Store Operations: Assisting management with daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
Merchandise Presentation: Implementing effective store and department layouts to enhance customer experience.
Stock Management: Handling stock room activities, markdowns, and lay-bys with precision.
Asset Protection: Safeguarding all store assets, including stock, cash, and the well-being of staff and customers.

Qualifications:

Matric Certificate: Grade 12 or equivalent.

Skills and Experience:

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales is required.
