About the Role – Inbound Sales Representative

The Inbound Sales Representative plays a key role in driving sales growth by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering them the right products. This position involves working closely with both existing and potential clients to build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and new sales opportunities.

You’ll also collaborate with other members of the sales team to grow the customer base and ensure clients receive the best service possible.


Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Econo Foods, your daily tasks will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to secure repeat and new orders.
  • Demonstrating and showcasing products to help customers find the best options for their needs.
  • Growing business opportunities within your assigned area through consistent follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Reporting to management about customer needs, market challenges, and competitor activities.
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing trends.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Working closely with the sales team to generate and convert leads into sales.

Requirements to Apply

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG retail industry.

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
