About the Sales Associate Role

As a Sales Associate at Pick n Pay, your main responsibility will be to deliver first-class customer service while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail.
Willingness to transfer between different store locations as needed.
Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a similar role.

Continuously achieving sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Identifying new sales opportunities and preparing action plans to increase performance.
Keeping up to date with new and existing product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintaining a clean and attractive product display area to enhance the customer experience.
Providing management with valuable feedback on customer needs, problems, and competitor activity.
Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Resolving customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Handling necessary paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Reviewing and analyzing sales reports to create strategies for improving performance.
