What Does a Warehouse Operator Do?

The main purpose of this role is to accurately pick, pack, and count products according to warehouse instructions. Warehouse Operators help ensure that orders are completed correctly and safely before they are delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Select products based on picking instructions.
• Pack products securely and correctly.
• Count and verify items for accuracy.
• Report out-of-stock or short-picked items.
• Use warehouse picking equipment.
• Maintain pallet stability during transport preparation.
• Work with inventory teams to report discrepancies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Report damaged goods or labeling problems.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Electric Pallet Jack License.

Experience
