Entry Requirements: Do You Qualify?

Before applying, make sure you meet the following entry requirements:

You must not have claustrophobia.
A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent is required.
A Level 3 First Aid Certificate is needed (this can be completed in-house before final exams).
You must provide a medical fitness certificate.
4 certified copies of your ID.
A complete CV.

Additionally, you need to have completed the Firefighter I course to enroll in Firefighter II. For Hazmat Operations, you should have the Hazmat Awareness certification.

What’s Included?

The comprehensive training package for Firefighter I & II, including Hazmat Operations, is priced at R32,000 for 16 weeks. This fee includes one free uniform. Extra uniforms can be purchased for R1,000 per set. Don’t forget to bring your own laptop or tablet, as this is essential for accessing course materials.
