What You’ll Be Doing

As a Fashion Consultant at Foschini, your main responsibility is to ensure our customers have an incredible shopping experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Brand Ambassador: Be the face of Foschini, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.
• Customer Solutions: Go above and beyond to understand customers’ needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
• Sales Performance: Keep an eye on your sales targets and work actively to exceed them.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest fashion and décor trends, and use that knowledge to help customers find what they love.
• Sales Opportunities: Always be on the lookout for new ways to make sales and boost your performance.
• Stock Replenishment: Ensure the store is always ready for customers by helping to manage stock levels.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Skills:

• A passion for working with people.
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Independence and initiative in tackling tasks.
• A high level of attention to detail.
