As a General Worker in the Packaging Department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our operations. You’ll be assisting with various tasks that ensure the smooth running of our production processes. Reporting directly to the Production Controller, you’ll be a vital part of our team’s success.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
Educational Background: Grade 12 (Matric) or relevant qualifications.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a General Worker, preferably in a warehouse or similar environment. Product knowledge in this field is a plus.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically healthy and strong, capable of performing strenuous duties as required.
Initiative: Ability to take spontaneous action without being prompted.
Pressure Handling: Capable of working under pressure and as part of a team.
Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed.
Professionalism: Demonstrate good corporate governance and align with Heineken’s values towards colleagues and supervisors.
Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safe working procedures is essential.
