Your Role as a Management Assistant Trainee:

As a Management Assistant Trainee, you will be an essential part of our administrative team, assisting with various office tasks and duties. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Telephone Management: You’ll be responsible for receiving and managing telephone calls, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is key. You’ll assist students, staff, and visitors with their queries and requests.
Information Processing: You’ll handle the processing of information, including drafting memoranda, letters, and emails, managing internet inquiries, and taking minutes during meetings.
Filing and Documentation: Keeping our records organized is crucial. You’ll be filing documentation and records, ensuring everything is in order and easy to find.
Post and Fax Distribution: You’ll collect post and faxes and distribute them to the relevant staff members as required.
Data Capturing: You’ll assist with data capturing tasks, including updating records and databases.
Student Registration: Helping with the registration of students is a key part of the role, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
ITS Capturing: You’ll be involved in capturing information on the ITS system, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our records.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: You must have a Senior Certificate and an N6 Management Assistant qualification.

Certified Copies: Submit original certified copies of your academic record (transcript), Matric certificate, and Certificates for N4-N6. Also, include an original certified copy of your Identity Document (both sides for smart card). Ensure all certifications are no older than three months.
