Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate at Relay Jeans, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Brand Ambassador: Representing Relay Jeans with pride, you’ll be the face of our brand, offering an amazing customer experience every time.
Customer Solutions: You’ll go above and beyond to identify customer needs and provide the best possible solutions, ensuring their satisfaction.
Sales Performance: Keeping track of your sales against targets will be a key part of your role, motivating you to achieve and exceed goals.
Product Knowledge: With a diverse range of products, you’ll stay up-to-date with the latest décor and fashion trends to assist customers effectively.
Sales Opportunities: You’ll actively seek out opportunities to make new sales, driving the success of the store.
Stock Replenishment: Ensuring the store is always stocked and ready for customers is crucial to maintaining our high standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is required.

Experience:

Retail Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry, preferably in clothing stores, is preferred.
