As a Fashion Consultant at Markham, you’ll be more than just a salesperson—you’ll be an ambassador for our brand. Your role will involve creating a positive and energetic atmosphere in the store, where customers feel welcomed and excited to shop. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Customer Engagement: You’ll greet customers with a smile, offer them personalized advice, and ensure they have an amazing shopping experience. Your goal is to exceed their expectations by providing them with the best fashion solutions.
Sales Performance: You’ll keep a close eye on your sales targets and work hard to meet or exceed them. Whether it’s a trendy outfit or the latest accessories, you’ll be proactive in helping customers find exactly what they need.
Product Knowledge: Staying up to date with the latest fashion trends and store merchandise will be key. You’ll be the go-to person for customers looking for style advice, and your keen sense of fashion will help them make the best choices.
Stock Replenishment: You’ll assist in keeping the store fully stocked and looking its best. This means ensuring that products are always available and displayed attractively for our customers.
Sales Opportunities: You’ll actively seek out new ways to drive sales, whether it’s through upselling, cross-selling, or simply offering exceptional customer service that turns first-time shoppers into loyal customers.

Education: You must have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
