Purpose of the Job

As a Stock Clerk at OK Furniture, you’ll be a vital part of our team, handling the essential task of managing stock movements and maintaining an accurate Stock Ledger. Your role will ensure that our inventory is always up-to-date, supporting our mission to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Stock Ledger Management: Identifying and resolving issues related to the Stock Ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Stock Movements: Accounting for all stock movements promptly and accurately.
• Production Capture: Recording all Service Department production on Blue Cube.
• In-Stock Status: Ensuring products are always in stock and available for customers.
• Daily Receiving Checks: Conducting daily management receiving checks to maintain stock integrity.

Qualifications and Training

Required:

• National Senior Certificate

Desirable:

• Admin and Sales Management Training
• Trainee Manager Training
• Cost Control Diploma

Experience

• Required: 1-2 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Experience in a retail or furniture environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• 6-12 months of retail furniture operations knowledge is advantageous.
