📝Job Purpose

As a Cashier, your main job will be to help customers by handling their payments in a friendly and professional way. You will work at the Prive and Admin Bank Cash Desk, doing transactions that follow company rules and legal standards. You will also need to make sure all payments are done quickly and correctly, while keeping customers happy.

✅Requirements – What You Need to Apply

To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Finished Grade 12 / Matric
• At least 1 year of cashiering experience
• Basic knowledge of using a computer
• Know how to handle credit card, cheque marker, and cashless transactions
• Understand facility procedures and how to help customers
• Be accurate and fast when doing transactions
• Be able to work under pressure and in a team
• Able to do admin duties related to cash handling
• Must understand the Gaming Board rules and regulations
• Be open to shift work (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Must be okay with working in a smoking environment, as required by the role

💪Key Duties – What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

Once hired, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Handling cash and card transactions accurately with customers
• Making sure all money is secure and accounted for at the end of each shift
• Following company rules for cash handling and security
• Knowing the policies and procedures of your department
• Working as part of a team to make sure customers are happy
• Helping with admin work related to the cashier desk
• Keeping a positive attitude, even when it’s busy
