As a Delivery Driver at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and in perfect condition. You’ll be part of a team that values sustainability, innovation, and positive change for both the planet and people.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties as a Delivery Driver will include:

Stock Handling: Load the correct stock as per the invoice or picking list and ensure accurate delivery to customers.
Returns Management: Handle buy backs/returns with precision, capturing details accurately on the Handheld Computer device (HHC) and returning them to the Debriefer.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and perform routine checks as per PepsiCo’s policies.
Documentation: Ensure all proof of deliveries (PODs) are clear and comply with company policies.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations, including personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance and road traffic rules.
Route Management: Follow the pre-planned route and schedule for timely deliveries.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
Team Leadership: Manage and collaborate with the Delivery Assistant for smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Education: Matric and a valid Code 14 (Code EC) license with PDP.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably with experience using a Handheld Computer device (HHC).
Skills: Strong drive for results, adaptability, and excellent customer communication skills.
Compliance: Ability to follow company policies, safety regulations, and road traffic laws.
