What You’ll Be Doing as an Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right-hand person to the Store Manager. When the manager is not around, you’ll take charge and make sure everything in the store runs smoothly. You’ll also help the manager with daily responsibilities and make sure that customers leave the store happy.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Handle all banking duties and make sure money is kept safe and secure.
• Step in for the Store Manager when they’re off or unavailable.

What You’ll Need to Qualify
