📌 What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan your day and month to find new clients, set appointments, and make sales.
- Use Virgin Active’s sales systems and tools to record activities and report progress.
- Stay updated on Virgin Active products and understand how they compare to competitors.
- Grow your client list and build strong customer relationships through follow-up calls.
- Match new members’ needs with the right products to help them reach their goals.
- Overcome objections with confidence—support will be available from your manager and coach.
- Share your best ideas and success tips during sales team meetings.
- Promote the Virgin Active brand at local events, in-club promotions, and health days.
🧾 Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, you’ll need:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous).
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyse data and market opportunities.
- Must be confident, well-spoken, and professional.
- Understanding of sales ratios, targets, and budgets.
- Must be customer-focused and passionate about fitness.
