Internship Opportunities & Qualifications Required

You’ll be placed in a department that matches your qualification. Here’s a breakdown:

1. Heritage Department

  • Audio Visual / Multi-Media Studies
  • National Diploma in Nature Conservation
  • Postgrad Diploma in Museum & Heritage Studies or Archives

2. Office of the CEO

  • LLB or Legal Studies Degree
  • Bachelor’s in Public Administration (focused on Performance Planning & Evaluation)

3. Marketing & Tourism

  • Diploma in Marketing
  • Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or Media Studies

4. Education Department

  • Bachelor’s in Library and Information Studies (Librarianship)

5. Human Resources

  • National Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology
  • Health & Safety Diploma
  • Basic Life Support Qualification (HPCSA registered, Code 10 with PrDP, CPD compliant)

6. Finance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance

7. Supply Chain Management

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement

8. Operations

  • National Diploma in:
    • Public Relations Management
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Hospitality / Travel & Tourism
  • BTech in Facility Management
  • BEng or BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Diploma in ICT / Info Systems / Computer Science
  • Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
