Minimum Requirements to Apply

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Here’s what your day-to-day will include:

Reception and Front Office Management

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Operate the switchboard system and assist visitors with queries
• Keep the front office area organized, welcoming, and professional

Administrative Support

• Assist various departments with admin tasks like compiling reports
• Manage stationery purchases and distribution
• Update and maintain noticeboards and office records
• Process Purchase Requisitions for Admin and other departments
• Perform GRN (Goods Received Notes) for received orders

Training Centre & Office Coordination

• Keep the Training Centre booking schedule up to date
• Relieve cashiers when required
• Manage office supply registers and security seal logs
• Handle cash machine bags and other office essentials
