What Is the Role About?

SAB is hiring Brewing and Packaging Operators who will be responsible for running and maintaining key production machines. You’ll be working in a team that ensures products are safely and efficiently packed, meeting the high standards SAB is known for.

• Following the daily production plan to meet shift targets.

• Using systems like PIMS and POMS to monitor performance and take action when needed.
• Taking part in reports and providing updates as required by your team.
• Making sure your workplace stays safe, clean, and organized.

Who Should Apply?

You should apply if you:

• Have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Have at least 9 months of on-the-job training, preferably in packaging.
• Completed SKAP (Skills Knowledge Attitude Programme) within 12 months (or be willing to do so).
• Have some experience in the FMCG packaging industry (fast-moving consumer goods) – this is a big plus.

If you’ve worked in food or beverage factories before, or handled machinery in other industries, you’ll likely feel right at home.
