About the Role

As an Installation Support Agent, you will play a vital role in the Scheduling Division by ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling of Tracker unit fitments. This role involves a mix of customer service, scheduling, data capturing, and administrative duties.

You will also work closely with Tracker technicians, clients, and fitment centers to make sure installations are completed on time and at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Promote Tracker services to both new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tracker partners and departments.
• Handle contract administration and provide daily feedback and reporting.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, even in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Schedule fitments of Tracker units and coordinate with technicians to confirm appointments.
• Reschedule appointments when necessary to meet client needs.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all scheduling tasks.
• Monitor the effective use of technicians and resources.
• Outsource work to approved fitment centers when required.
• Follow up on leads and customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage potential cancellations by providing solutions and support.
• Capture data accurately and efficiently.
• Take full ownership of customer calls and queries, resolving them within the company’s service level agreements (SLAs).

This position requires a professional who is proactive, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) with at least 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre environment.
• Being bilingual (English and Afrikaans) will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy with strong typing and accurate data capturing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying calm and professional.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
• Confidence to handle voice-recorded calls.
