Key Responsibilities

- Operational Efficiency: Make sure all administrative tasks are done right and on time, in line with our guidelines.
- Compliance: Stay updated and ensure the branch adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Development: Coach and train your team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.

What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you need:
- Matric Qualification: A high school diploma is a must.
- Driver’s License: You’ll need a valid license to apply.
- Experience: A background in management, sales, or customer service will give you a head start.
- Proximity: Living within 15km of the branch is ideal.
- Clean Record: A clear criminal record is required.
Bonus Points For:
- South African Applicants: Local candidates are preferred.
- Extra Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in business will make you stand out.
- Retail Experience: If you’ve got 1-2 years of retail management under your belt, that’s a plus.
