Your Role as a Cross Trained Consultant:

In this role, you’ll wear many hats. You’ll work on the sales floor, helping customers find the perfect items, and also manage tasks at the service desk. We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, is customer service-focused, and has an eye for fashion. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Customer Assistance: Help customers find the merchandise they’re looking for, providing top-notch service.
Merchandising: Keep the store looking great by arranging products according to MBP principles.
Sales Processing: Handle payments and purchases efficiently using the POS system.
Account Management: Assist customers in opening new accounts.
Stock Management: Help maintain stock levels and minimize losses.
Customer Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure they keep coming back.

What You’ll Need:

Education: You need to have at least a Grade 10 qualification.

Experience: Previous experience in retail is a plus but not a must. If you have a passion for fashion and some product knowledge, that’s even better!
