- Name of school attended (include school address)
- Certified Matric Certificate (not older than 3 months)
- N4 and N5 certificates
- N6 statement of results/N6 letter of achievement/Letter from the institution
confirming the placement requirement/proof of enrolment with the TVET college - Student Number from TVET college attended.
