As a Wash Bay Attendant, your main role is to wash, clean, and detail vehicles inside and out. You’ll be responsible for making sure every car that leaves the wash bay looks spotless and well-maintained.
🔹 Wash and detail cars, trucks, and motorcycles – both interior and exterior
🔹 Learn about different vehicle models and their specific cleaning needs
🔹 Use high-pressure machines and cleaning tools safely and efficiently
🔹 Maintain and clean all wash bay equipment
🔹 Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to your supervisor
🔹 Follow safety and environmental regulations when handling chemicals and waste disposal
🔹 Provide high-quality cleaning services to ensure vehicles meet company standards
🔹 Work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
✔ Matric (Grade 12) certificate
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ At least 1 year of experience working in a wash bay
✔ No criminal record
✔ A presentable appearance and good hygiene
✔ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Knowledge of safety protocols and handling cleaning chemicals
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
