📋 What You’ll Do

As a secretary, your job is to keep the office running smoothly. Tasks include:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Typing letters and reports
• Managing office files (paper and digital)
• Organizing meetings and keeping diaries
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Ordering office supplies
• Supporting high-level staff
• Handling confidential information

You’ll be an important part of the team!

🎓 Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must have:

• Grade 12 certificate (matric) with typing as a subject
  OR
• A related admin qualification

Also, you must be computer literate, especially in:

• Microsoft Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint

Experience in admin or working with documents is a big plus!
