Job Overview:

As a Cleaner at Broll Property Group, your main role will be to ensure that our buildings, equipment, and fixtures are clean, well-maintained, and presentable. You’ll perform a variety of cleaning tasks, helping to create a pleasant environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Routine Cleaning Tasks:
   • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
   • Dust and wash walls, doors, tables, and light fixtures.
   • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, and showers.
   • Regularly refill soap, toilet paper, and towel dispensers.
   • Empty trash bins and maintain waste receptacles.
   • Pick up litter inside and outside as needed.
2. Team Coordination:
   • Assist service personnel and company staff when required.
   • Communicate with management about any cleaning issues or needs.
3. Professional Relations:
   • Maintain courteous and professional interactions with clients and visitors.
   • Ensure the facility remains secure during and after cleaning tasks.
4. Additional Duties:
   • Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.
   • Keep management informed about any significant problems or concerns.
