As a UI (Unemployment Insurance) Claims Officer, your job is to help South Africans access their UIF benefits. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing
As a UI Claims Officer, your daily duties include:
- Screening applicants for unemployment claims
- Processing and registering UIF applications
- Registering and handling payment continuation forms
- Managing related administrative tasks and documentation
- Providing customer service to the public in line with Batho Pele Principles
📚 Minimum Requirements to Apply
To be considered for these roles, you must have:
- Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Strong understanding of the following:
- Unemployment Insurance Act & Regulations
- UIF Contribution Act
- PFMA (Public Finance Management Act)
- POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
- Batho Pele Principles
