What You’ll Do in This Role

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of “Dynamos” — motivated staff who are the heartbeat of every PEP Home store. Your main goal is to drive sales, manage costs, and keep the store standards at world-class levels. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Boosting sales by focusing on friendly service, neat displays, and keeping the store in perfect condition.
• Controlling stock loss by following strict cash handling and security rules.
• Managing costs by keeping up with PEP’s “low-cost” culture and improving store efficiency.
• Handling admin duties accurately and following company guidelines.
• Leading and motivating your team — through coaching, training, and regular performance feedback.
• Maintaining store safety and cleanliness so that both customers and employees enjoy a pleasant environment.

Who Can Apply

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Good English communication skills.
• Retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position (1–2 years is ideal).
• Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (like a diploma in Retail or Business Management) will be an advantage.
