What You’ll Be Doing

As a Meat Market Trainer, your main job is to make sure every part of the Meat Market department runs smoothly, profitably, and safely. You’ll also take charge of training staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring all stores follow national food safety and hygiene rules.

• Designing and implementing a profitable business model for Meat Markets.

• Assessing and controlling convenience food suppliers to maintain consistency and freshness.

What You Need to Qualify

• Matric certificate or a qualification equivalent to a National Senior Certificate.
