As a Store Manager at Power Fashion, your role is to lead a team of passionate sales associates and ensure that the store meets and exceeds its sales goals. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Driving Sales & Hitting Targets – Maximize store turnover and help the team achieve their sales goals.
✔️ Managing Stock & Expenses – Keep inventory levels in check and control store expenses to boost profitability.
✔️ Training & Leading a Team – Recruit, train, and motivate employees to deliver the best customer experience.
✔️ Ensuring Store Efficiency – Use store resources wisely to maintain high productivity and smooth operations.
✔️ Upholding Company Standards – Act as the custodian of company policies, ensuring all rules and procedures are followed.
✔️ Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Create a welcoming shopping environment and exceed customer expectations.
✔️ Maintaining Cleanliness & Hygiene – Ensure the store and staff meet hygiene and safety regulations.

To qualify for this role, you must have:
✔️ Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is a bonus!)
✔️ At least 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a similar retail environment.

✔️ Leadership skills – You should be able to inspire and motivate your team.
✔️ Strong business and financial acumen – Understanding stock control, sales, and expenses is a must.
✔️ A passion for customer service – Creating a top-notch shopping experience is key!
