What You Will Learn During The 12 Months

This Administration Learnership is designed to give you real skills that companies look for. You will go through both theoretical learning and hands-on experience while working with real Sasol teams.

Theoretical Training (NQF-Aligned Modules)

You will study helpful subjects such as:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Business Operations
  • Customer Service
  • Business Accounting
  • Maths Literacy
  • Communication Skills
  • Computer Skills

These subjects will help you understand how a business works, how offices run, and how to communicate in a professional way.

Even if you have never worked in an office before, this programme will teach you everything step by step.


Practical Workplace Training

Inside the workplace, you will support real staff members and help with:

  • Data capturing and record keeping
  • Filing and working with documents
  • Front desk and customer service support
  • Assisting with office duties and admin
  • Basic coordination tasks
