Post 1: Grants Administrator (Level 05) – 2 Positions
Location: Bushbuckridge Local Office
Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per year (excluding benefits)

Who Can Apply?
- Must have a Senior Certificate (Matric)
- A National Diploma or Degree is required (NQF Level 6 or 7)
- Must know how to use a computer
- A valid driver’s license or any admin experience is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Help people apply for grants and capture their details in the system
- Answer questions about grants and payments
- Organize medical assessments for disability grant applicants
- Go out into communities to help people apply
- Keep documents organized and scanned properly
Post 2: Senior Grants Administrator (Level 07) – 2 Positions
Location: Bushbuckridge Local Office
Salary: R325 101 – R382 959 per year (excluding benefits)

Who Can Apply?
- Must have a Senior Certificate and a National Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6)
- At least 3 years’ experience working in grants or admin
- Must be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license
What You’ll Do:
- Check if grant applications are correct before they get approved
- Make sure everything is done properly by Grants Administrators
- Train and support the admin staff
- Manage grant documents and make important decisions
- Make sure the team follows laws and SASSA rules
Post 3: Team Leader – Grants Administration (Level 08) – 1 Position
Location: Dr JS Moroka Local Office, Nkangala District
Salary: R397 116 – R467 790 per year (excluding benefits)

Who Can Apply?
- Must have a Senior Certificate and a Degree/Diploma (NQF Level 6 or 7)
- At least 3 years’ experience leading a team (especially in social services)
- Must have computer skills and a valid driver’s license
- Knowing SASSA’s rules and how grants work is an advantage

- Lead and supervise the admin team
- Make sure everything runs smoothly at the local office
- Improve how services are delivered
- Follow government rules and maintain high standards
