Are you a people-first, detail-driven person who enjoys working in a professional and structured environment? The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) is hiring three Hospitality Administrators to join its Corporate Services Department. This is a full-time role where you’ll help manage the behind-the-scenes operations of SARB’s internal hospitality services — from food safety and stock ordering to assisting staff and managing petty cash.
This is more than a regular office job — it’s a chance to work for one of the most trusted institutions in the country, helping support the team behind South Africa’s financial system.
Working at the South African Reserve Bank is more than just a job. SARB plays a critical role in the country’s financial stability, and this position gives you the chance to be part of that purpose — even if you’re not working with money directly. As a Hospitality Administrator, you’ll support employees and guests by making sure SARB’s services run smoothly and professionally.
If you’re someone who’s organised, reliable, good with people, and knows how to handle admin tasks, this job could be the start of something big for your career.
As part of SARB’s Hospitality Services team, your main responsibility will be to manage and support all hospitality systems and services, especially when it comes to food safety, hygiene, stock, and general admin. The South African Reserve Bank is the central bank of the country. Its main job is to protect the value of the South African rand and ensure the financial system remains stable. While its work is usually associated with monetary policy and interest rates, SARB also supports day-to-day operations — like hospitality — to help keep everything running efficiently.
SARB works independently from government and focuses on keeping inflation low, maintaining financial stability, regulating financial institutions, and producing banknotes and coins.
The Corporate Services Department (CSD) — where this role is based — supports these efforts by managing services like hospitality, building management, logistics, and more.
Applications must be submitted via SARB’s official job application portal. Ensure all supporting documents — including your qualification, CV, and proof of experience — are included before the deadline.
