This 12-month program is designed to give you hands-on experience, mentorship, and real workplace skills in one of South Africa’s top tyre factories.

What the YES Learner Programme Offers

The goal of the YES Programme is to help young people get valuable job experience and improve their chances of finding work. You will move between different departments, gaining skills and knowledge that match your studies and career goals.

• Duration: 12 months
• Locations: Durban Head Office, Ladysmith Manufacturing Plant in KwaZulu-Natal

Fields of Learning You Can Choose From

You must have a certificate, diploma, or similar qualification in one of these areas:

• Marketing / Public Management
• Automotive / Mechanical and related fields
• Finance
• Business Management
• Administration
• Information Technology (IT)
• Environmental Health and Safety
• Supply Chain
• Human Resources (HR)
• Quality Control

These fields open the door to various roles in the company, letting you gain focused experience in your chosen area.

Who Can Apply?

• Unemployed South African youth aged 34 or younger
• First-time job seekers without previous YES program participation
• Candidates with little or no work experience are preferred
