Toyota Learnership Development Administrator

The Learner Development Administrator helps the Learner Support Centre keep things organized and efficient. Toyota’s Academy trains dealers across different countries, so the LDA’s job is very important for making sure training happens on time and follows legal and company rules.

What You Will Do as a Learner Development Administrator

Your main tasks will be about administration and supporting training projects. You will work closely with the team to update important documents like quality management system (QMS) files and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will also help manage commercial activities and keep records up to date.

You will handle the Learner Management System, which means you will:

  • Build course prospectuses
  • Activate learners in the system
  • Manage learner support schedules
  • Handle billing and event calendars

Your role includes helping with the distribution of training materials to various countries in the region. Keeping the database accurate and organized will also be part of your daily work.

Helping Customers and Service Providers

Customer service is a big part of this job. You will answer questions, solve problems, and provide feedback to customers and training service providers. It’s important to make sure that everyone follows the service agreements (SLA) so the Academy runs smoothly.

Organizing Events and Facilities

You’ll assist with planning training events by helping track progress and providing updates. Being involved in the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) process will help improve how things are done. You will also help create and maintain procedures for managing learning facilities properly.

Who Should Apply? Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A college qualification at NQF Level 5 or higher, preferably in Education and Training Development (ETD) or a similar field.
  • Experience working with administration, especially in training or shared service processes.
  • Good knowledge of ETD laws, as well as Toyota’s policies.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, SAP, or SAP Concur.
