Job Overview
As a Service Centre Administrator at HiFi Corp, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our service centers. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cellular, credit, and lay-by transactions, including cash management and end-of-day cash-ups.
- Administration: Manage and maintain records related to cellular and credit services, and meet set performance targets.
- Self and Team Management: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Security and Housekeeping: Ensure a secure and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and practices.
- Reception Duties: Operate the reception area and switchboard, handling phone calls and customer inquiries professionally.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Skills:
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to work with money.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage tasks independently.
- Experience in financial and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of cellular and credit vetting processes.
- Understanding of company policies and fraud detection procedures.
