1. Senior Specialist: Business Analysis
- Location: Johannesburg
- Employment Type: Permanent
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, law, military, police, management sciences, or a related field with a focus on socio-economic research or sustainability.
- At least 12 years of experience in a large, complex organization, with at least 5 years at a managerial level focused on security risk management, research, and analysis.
- Knowledge of basic social science research methodology and project management.
- Forensic investigations and vetting qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Transnet’s mandate and business strategy.

- Conduct thorough business analysis to support decision-making.

2. Compliance Specialist: Assurance

Qualifications & Experience:
- A Law or B.Com degree is required.
- Postgraduate qualification in compliance, along with a compliance certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal compliance and regulatory role.
- Relevant National Diploma (NQF 6) with 6 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or specialist capacity.

3. Contract Manager: NEC
- Location: Durban

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, commercial, engineering, legal, or financial fields.
- Alternatively, a National Diploma in Commerce or Finance with a minimum of Level 4 CIPS Diploma.
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field or MCIPS is advantageous.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in managing the tender and contracting process, with 3 years at a managerial level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and procurement processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee the tender process, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to align contract management with business objectives.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license (Code 08) is required.
- Willingness to undergo State Security Agency (SSA) vetting.
- Travel as required and approved.
